We Seek to Recruit Campaign Manager(s)

Location: Nairobi, Kenya; Kampala, Uganda; Adis Ababa, Ethiopia or Lilongwe, Malawi.

Travel: Up to 40 percent.

We improve the lives of the under-served, we believe that community water supply and sanitation is critical and essential. We work with school girls in menstrual hygiene management as we believe that this helps many girls in finishing school.

Using the power of mobile phone technology, we make it profitable for members of public and corporations to support Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) –– together with them, we accelerateUHC (or, we accelerate Universal Healthcare Coverage) in middle- & low-income countries. We accelerateUHC by giving health insurance premiums to households that are excluded from quality health care coverage –– here, a household is a nuclear and or extended family unit of 11 people. We also give: rainwater harvesting systems to villages (that contain the households) and to schools (in the villages); toilets to the villages and schools; and, reusable sanitary towels to girls that are in the households (this also helps girls finish school). The premiums increase doctors’ virtual presence in the villages and schools (as doctors’ physical presence in villages is very low); the towels are antimicrobial (intelligent towels), luxurious, soft and stretchy; the water is cleaned by the best available technology; and, the toilets are sun-drying (to minimise water usage).

Job Purpose:

Provides first-class service in order to push the waste no ads campaign. Acts as an intermediary between RaHaSolutions and clientele. Makes necessary phone calls and meetings to help sales. Allows people to make inquiries as necessary.

Job Duties:

Contracts various bulk sms service providers to send sms to members of public (mop) inviting the mop to nominate villages and schools for medical coverage, rainwater harvesting systems, toilets and reusable sanitary towels (from RaHaSolutions).

Informs corporations about benefits of promoting medical coverage, rainwater harvesting, rainwater purification, sanitation and use of reusable sanitary towels to “Help Girls Finish School”.

Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available.

Persists in sales even in the face of failure.

Demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management.

Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary.

Answers questions from clients.

Makes product knowledge readily available to self and other sales people through various resources.

Finds ways to sell products in the face of a down market.

Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly.

Creates a plan for gaining customers and then retains them based on warranties or guarantees.

Analyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market.

Analyzes the competition to create a plan for engagement.

Makes products appeal to the target market.

Trains other sales people in the art of selling.

Makes sure that all salespeople meet quota during a given period.

Sets up booths at trade shows and demonstrates the quality or uses of products.

Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines.
