Mainly due to water scarcity and toilet-less-ness in most villages and schools, people fall sick, people with difficulty accessing services of medical doctors / specialist –– the problem is geographical (doctors / specialists are often far from the villages and schools), but also economic (many in the villages/schools cannot afford the service).
Ironically, Community Health Workers (CHWs) visit these people but they (CHWs) are not equipped enough to help, especially when they visit those unable to walk to the nearest health facility.
Therefore, we enable collaboration between the sick, CHWs and hospitals / doctors / specialist in urban areas, including urban areas outside of Africa –– this is medical services provided across time zone by registered physicians to patients anywhere.
On behalf of the people, we pay for medical services.
If you (CHW) visit a person that cannot walk to the nearest health facility, please serve them and make some extra coins in return!
