I Fabius Ambrose, nominate Mwanunda Nyoera Village for rainwater harvesting system. Mwanunda Village is located in Kisii County, Nyamache Subcounty, Nyoera Location. The village is situated on hills. One half of the village is on fertile soil, the other is sandy and rocky.
The villagers, about 2000 people, are mainly farmers.
They need water for domestic and farm use.
Despite the area receiving rain, there is a long stretch of dry season that leave the occupants thirsty. They truly need a tank that they can use to store excess waters that they get during rainy season for use during the dry season.
