Jedidah is a visually impaired female adult. She has no land and lives with extended family members in Kirinyaga County. She suffers a lot and sometimes has no one to take her to hospital. Telehealth services delivered via her phone will be ideal for her.

She is single and is blessed with one daughter. Her daughter helps her with daily movements and assists her to go to hospital. She was a business lady but is currently unemployed. She has no active medical insurance cover and this is a challenge as she is not able to afford medical treatment or to get medicine.
